Things to Note before Your Brow or Lash Visit

· A valid form of ID will be required the day of service for cosmetic tattooing. You must be 18 years old to receive cosmetic tattooing. If under 18, all other services require the legal parent/guardian to be present and sign consent forms. I do not take clients under the age of 15. 

· A security deposit is required upon booking for cosmetic tattooing services and full lash sets. This deposit is refundable up to 24 hours before appointment and will go towards your service. All other services require a card on file, only to be charged at time of service or no-call, no-show, and/or same day cancellations.

· To reschedule, please contact me at least 24 hours before your appointment. The original deposit, if applicable, is forfeited if rescheduled 24 hours prior to appointment and additional security deposit will be required to rebook. All other services not requiring a deposit will be charged half the service cost if canceled 24 hours before appointment. 

· No-call, no-shows and same day cancellations will forfeit the security deposit, if applicable. Card on file will be charged 100% of service cost. Half of the service cost will be required to rebook. If there is another no-call, no-show, the second deposit will be forfeited, card on file will be charged 100% of service cost, and I will no longer schedule you. 

· Please be on time. I allow no more than 10 minutes before the appointment will be canceled. Card on file will be charged 50% of service cost.

· Please come to your appointment alone. No children, friends, or family unless otherwise pre-approved.

· I accept cash and most debit/credit cards. K. Nicole Beauty is a gratuity-free business. A great alternative to tipping is a Google Review, the referral of a friend, or sharing a social media post. 

·I appreciate and respect your time, so thank you for doing the same for me.
