- A valid government-issued photo ID is required on the day of service for all cosmetic tattooing procedures.
- Clients must be 18 years or older to receive cosmetic tattooing.
- For clients under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must be present to provide consent for all other services.
- Clients under the age of 15 will not be accepted for any services.
