Age & ID Requirements

A valid government-issued photo ID is required on the day of service for all cosmetic tattooing procedures.
Clients must be 18 years or older to receive cosmetic tattooing.
For clients under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must be present to provide consent for all other services.
Clients under the age of 15 will not be accepted for any services.


Deposits & Booking

A refundable deposit is required at the time of booking for cosmetic tattooing services and full lash sets.
This deposit will be applied toward your service total.
Deposits are refundable only with at least 24 hours notice prior to your appointment.
All other services require a valid card on file, which will only be charged in the event of a no-call no-show, or late cancellation.


Rescheduling & Cancellations

To reschedule, please contact me at least 24 hours in advance.
For appointments requiring a deposit: Rescheduling within 24 hours will result in forfeiture of your deposit, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
For services not requiring a deposit: A 50% cancellation fee will apply for changes made less than 24 hours before your appointment.
No-call, no-shows and same-day cancellations will result in:
Forfeiture of any deposit paid
A 100% charge of the service cost to the card on file
A 50% rebooking fee required to schedule again
A second no-call, no-show will result in termination of all future bookings.


Late Arrival Policy

Please arrive on time. A 10-minute grace period is allowed.
Arrivals later than 10 minutes will result in cancellation and a 50% late cancellation fee will be charged.


Guest Policy

To maintain a calm and professional environment, please attend your appointment alone.
Children, friends, or family members are not permitted unless pre-approved in advance.


Payments & Gratuity

Accepted payment methods include cash and most major debit/credit cards.
K. Nicole Beauty is a gratuity-free business. If you’re happy with your service, your support is deeply appreciated in the form of:
