Things to Note before Your Cosmetic Tattoo or Lash Visit

· A valid form of ID will be required the day of service for cosmetic tattooing.

· A security deposit is required upon booking for cosmetic tattooing services and full sets. This deposit is non-refundable after 48 hours and will go towards your service. All other services require a card on file, only to be charged at time of service or no-call, no-show.

· To reschedule, please contact me before 48 hours of your appointment. I will be happy to reschedule you once. After one reschedule, the original deposit is forfeited and additional security deposit will be required for cosmetic tattooing. 

· If cosmetic tattooing appointment is canceled within 48 hours of your service your deposit will be forfeited. To rebook, another security deposit will be required. All other services will be charged half of service cost to card on file.

· No-call, no-shows and same day cancellations will forfeit the security deposit. Card on file will be charged 100% of service cost. Half of the service cost will be required to rebook. If there is another no-call, no-show, the second deposit will be forfeited, card on file will be charged 100% of service cost, and I will no longer schedule you. 

· Please be on time. I allow no more than fifteen minutes before the appointment will be canceled. A rebooking deposit will be required for cosmetic tattooing. Card on file will be charged 50% of service cost.

· Please come to your appointment alone. No children, friends, or family unless otherwise pre-approved.

· I accept cash and most debit/credit cards. I am a gratuity free business. A great alternative to tipping is a Google Review, the referral of a friend, or sharing a social media post. 

·I appreciate and respect your time, so thank you for doing the same for me.
